- Insurance
The Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) offered by Guerin-Enterprise limits the renter's financial responsibility for loss and damage to the rental vehicle. If not included in the reservation, CDW coverage is an optional protection product that can be purchased. The renter will be responsible for the applicable excess, ranging from 1180.80 EUR for a Mini to 3690.00 EUR for the Premium Limousine car group, provided Guerin-Enterprise rental agreement terms and conditions are not violated. This coverage excludes acts of vandalism, tires and rims, windshield, superior and inferior parts of the vehicle without collision, and non-compliance with the rules of the road.
